Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by e-mail or telephone. We will be able to tell you immediately whether your order has been prepared for delivery. If the parcel has already been despatched, you may revoke the agreement, provided that the products are returned to us within five (5) working days, in their original, undamaged packaging, and that the products returned to us are in a good state of repair. All risk and costs relating to returning the products shall be borne by you.

If despite cancellation the product is delivered to you, you may return it to us within five working days in its original packaging.
