To place an order with Pine-apple, you need to create an account. Pine-apple is a wholesaler supplier selling directly to retailers. If you are a private customer, please visit the Dealer page for your nearest sales outlet. To create an account, click on ‘new customer´ in the top right corner of the page. Enter your details to create a profile. Once you have registered, your customer ID number will be emailed to you. You may edit and update your details at any time, such as your name, e-mail address, delivery and billing address and payment details. Do you want to edit your sales account? Login to your sales account to edit and update your details.
I've received the error message: ‘The name you entered cannot be found in our account database’. If you see this message, the system has not recognised your e-mail address. According to our records, you have not created an account. Click on ‘new customer’ to create an account.
I've received the above error message, but I've already created an account. Make sure you typed your name correctly, and then try again. If you are certain that you have created an account under that name, and you continue to receive this error message, please contact us.
I've received the error message: ‘The specified password does not correspond to the e-mail address of this account’. Make sure you typed your password correctly, and then try again. If you continue to receive this error message, click on 'Lost login details'.
